Cluster Mailbox Update: Stonebrook HOA Board Members have been working closely with USPS to coordinate the new mailboxes project. Saturday, August 27 at 8am we will be assembling mailboxes at 3840 Woodhaven Lane to prepare for professional installation. Keys have been assigned and will be distributed by Stonebrook Mailbox Representatives. If you are interested in helping please contact Logan King (385) 228-4288 or Jamie Braithwaite (208) 918-1652. 20 of 25 mailboxes are ready to install (waiting on 5 pedestals to be delivered). All mailboxes are labeled. Contact your mailbox representative to get your new key. Mailboxes are starting to be installed tomorrow. Old mailboxes will be taken down and hauled off once all the mail has been removed and the USPS transition is complete.

USPS will be installing the final step of postmaster keys onto the new mailboxes.

HUGE shout-out to all the 20+ volunteers that have helped with mailbox key deliveries! If you have not received your key yet, they are coming. Please answer your door or get in contact with your representative. Please remove your mail from the old mailboxes on the ground so they can be hauled away.

USPS is updating information for the mail routes and installing the postmaster master key before the boxes are functional. We strongly suggest putting a hold on your mail: https://holdmail.usps.com/holdmail/home.do

With additional instructions: "Hold my mail until the new mailboxes are installed and functioning"
